Pricing questions
What counts as one ad?
One generated video is one ad. Re-publishing the same video to Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp is free.
When does the week reset? Do unused ads roll over?
Your allowance resets every Monday at 00:00 in your time zone. Unused ads do not roll over — that keeps rendering fast for everyone.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like; your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for and then moves to Free.
How do I pay? Is UPI supported?
Payments are by debit or credit card through Stripe. UPI is not available yet — we are working on it and will say so here when it is. In India you get a notice 24 hours before every automatic charge, as RBI rules require.
Do I get a GST or VAT invoice?
Yes, every payment comes with a tax invoice by email — GST in India, VAT in the UK. [Adding a GSTIN or VAT number at checkout: to be confirmed.]
