How to delete your data

You can delete your data at any time. Placeholders are in [square brackets].

Delete one ad

In the app open the ad and tap Delete. The photos, the video and the ad details are removed from our storage permanently. Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram stay online — delete those in Facebook or Instagram.

Disconnect Facebook and Instagram

In the app go to Settings → Facebook & Instagram → Disconnect. We delete the stored Page access token immediately. You can also remove AdFlow in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites; we treat that as a request to delete the Meta data we hold about you.

Delete your whole account

Email privacy@adflow.tradik.dev from the email address of your Google account with the subject “Delete my account”. [In-app account deletion: coming soon.] We confirm the request and delete your account, ads, photos, videos, business profile and Meta connection within [30] days. Backups are overwritten within a further [30] days. We keep only what the law requires, such as records of rejected illegal content.
